Wow, what a find! As an out of towner, I think I hit the jackpot. The beer was great, but the setup of the space was amazing. With their variety of seating options you could think you're in 3 places at once. Oh, and I didn't even mention the music. Sariyah Idan should be a name that everyone knows. She plays there the last Saturday of the month, and you should make it a point to see her. If soulful r&b/jazz melodies are your thing, you need to check her out. If that isn't your thing, it will be after you listen to Sariyah live. Just a warning in advance, between her music and the great beer, you will end up staying much longer than you expected. Cheers, and have a great time at The Courtyard!

Cozy and friendly brewery atmosphere. We had the English mild, and the Hazy IPA which were both very good! The courtyard is school yard like with plenty of fun seating options, the Indoors offers an eclectic mix of comfy seating choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They sell a good mix of beers from Dark, IPAs, lighter beers and Sours. Something for everyone beer drinker. Great visit.

Great selection of porters! Cool little space, well worth a visit. The brewmaster has an obvious passion for his craft. Beer was all very well done.

I recently visited Courtyard for the first time with friends. The indoor/outdoor atmosphere is nice for groups. They had a variety of draft beer options for us to chose from, and we enjoyed each one that we tried. They had a smash burger pop up in the back, called Burger Nerds. The wait for our food was abnormally long (at least 1 hour from ordering) BUT it was delicious! It seems like a family friendly place, as well. However, I prefer bars & breweries that don’t allow kids to run around.

My favorite hang out in New Orleans! Great indoor and outdoor space, delicious and varied selection of beers. Bartender is always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere makes me feel like I'm hanging out at a friend's cozy house. Go on a day that Burger Nerds is vending in the back... After trying every spot I know of in New Orleans, and trying many different burgers options at Nerds, I've concluded that they are at LEAST one of the best burgers in the city. And don't forget to try their fries and Brussels, they are killer!

I've only heard great things about the IPAs and saisons from locals and other brewers, but all of them had kicked when I visited on a recent weeknight. The bartender didn't really know the details about the beers they did have left. Still enjoyed what I had (a hazy pale ale with a Belgian twist). Relaxed vibe, plenty of space. And two good food options that split nights. Liked it overall.

I really liked the vibe of this brewery even if I was the only customer there. It's like a 1950's MCM garage man/brew cave. I was digging the pop jazz music they were playing. They do have records for sale so if you hear something you like go crate digging. I actually only had one of their IPAs. The baby IPA was so good and spot on for the weather I just stuck with it. Just a really clean, smooth IPA. Almost a pilsner, it's just a really drinkable beer. The courtyard looks awesome for the cooler weather hangout, I even sat for a little in the shade admiring the plumerias . The inside also has plenty of seating for groups. I wish this place was closer to the areas I generally hangout. I'll have to make an effort to come back with friends.
